Accredited by CEDR in 2000, Mark is also an ADR panel mediator, both as a commercial mediator and workplace mediator. He recently received a matrimonial accreditation. Not only has Mark conducted mediations in a wide range of areas, he has also been lead negotiator on numerous occasions for his own clients and, therefore, fully appreciates the needs of the parties.
